Wait for Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

3. Packaging and Shipping:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons, such as change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
